A privileged Colonial Suite with an extraordinary view from its terrace with colonial stone arches that provide a warm and peaceful artmosphere from which our guests can also contemplate the beautiful image of The White Christ, protector of the City of Cusco. The Suite has two levels for more comfort and privacy and its architecture allows Independence between social and private áreas if needed. It’s equipped with a Teuco hydromassage tub with capacity for 4 people, a private massage room and a dry sauna for greater comfort and relaxation. From 6:40pm, we offer all our guests a courtesy cocktail and delicious canapes. Also, our guests are invited to a free Pisco Sour Class where they’ll learn how to prepare Peru’s national cocktail.

Arrival and Departure

If you plan on arriving to the hotel before check-in time and wish to have your room available immediately, we recommend making a reservation for the previous night and secure your room access without any delays. In the same way, for departures after check-out time you can make a reservation for an additional night which will guarantee the availability of your room until you leave. If you choose not to make any of these reservations we will gladly keep your luggage in storage and you will have at your disposal all the comforts and treatments of our Spa to freshen up.

Guranteed Reservations and Deposits

In Casa Cartagena, all reservations made through the internet must be guaranteed with one of the main credit cards worldwide. We will charge 20% of the total ammount to keep your reservation and this amount in non-refundable in case of cancellation. The amount is charged within the next two days of having done the reservation.

Early Arrival or Late Departure

If you plan on arriving to the hotel before check-in time and wish to have your room available immediately, we recommend making a reservation for the previous night and secure your room access without any delays. In the same way, for departures after check-out time you can make a reservation for an additional night which will guarantee the availability of your room until you leave. If you choose not to make these reservations you can pay a fee to access earlier or stay after check-out time but this is subject to room availabilty.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 calendar days or more, before the date of arrival are not subject to penalti other than the 20% of the non-refundable guarantee charged when the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled within 30 calendar days of the date of arrival will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

NO SHOW Policy
Reservations who don’t show on the date of arrival to the hotel will be considered a NO SHOW and charged for all the nights reserved. NO SHOW charges are subject to 18% IGG (taxes).

Kids younger than 2 years old can stay for free in a cribo r one of the existing beds in the room. Kids between 2 and 4 years old pay S/. 67.50 + 10% (sharing a bed). Kids older than 5 years old pay S/. 135.00 + 10%. Our hotel has two-floor bedrooms ideal for families and we suggest asking any questions before making a reservation.
