Rates

Our rates include:

1. Suite with one king-size bed or two queen-size beds.
2. Breakfast buffet available at your suite or at La Chola restaurant.
3. In-suite check in.
4. Complimentary welcome beverage of your choice (energizing Coca tea or fruit juice accompanied by fresh fruits, cheese or chocolates.
5. Daily aperitifs accompanied by hor d'oeuvres.
6. Unlimited use of Qoya Spa:saunas, hydromassages, Yoga area.
7. Unlimited bathroom amenities such as mineral bath salts, bubble baths, flowers. Candles, oils, natural loofah sponges and arotherapy products.
8. Complimentary complimentary unlimited LAN or Wi Fi nternet access in all areas of the hotel.
9. Complimentary local phone calls
10. Notebooks available for in-suite use.

All the rates above mentioned are per suite, per night, in US dollars. These rates not include 10% service tax and not include 18% VAT if applicable. Law Decree exempts all non resident guests from the 18% sales tax on their room.

Booking Policy
For an effective Reserve will have to ensure with 20% of the total amount of this reserve, this amount is not refundable. The balance of the reservation is canceled the day of arrival to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days before the date of entry (calendar days) are not subject to any penalty other than the 20% guarantee that is charged upon reservation is not refundable. Reservations canceled within 30 days or less from the date of entry of the reservation (calendar days), you will be charged the cost of the first night.

NO SHOW Policy
Reservations not present at the date of arrival at the hotel will be considered no show and will be charged each night of lodging. No Show charges are subject to 19% VAT.
