Oriental Causa, crowned with fresh trout tartare, limo aji and avocado slices wrapped wih nori and aromatized with togarashi powder and fried pickled ginger.

Casa Cartagena Lomo Saltado (our specialty) with red wine reduction, smoked aji limo, chives, with vanilla aroma accompanied by Andean French fries and cilantro rice.
