Juicy steak filet medallion over a special potato pie, caramelized  piquillo peppers, spinach and a light roast beef sauce.
Corvina steak (White Peruvian sea bass) garnished with sweet potato croquante over a merlot and leek fondant.
Sacred Valley Trout garnished with organic broccoli puree, tomato confit (oven-dried tomato in olive oil), potato croquante and a light lemon and garlic sauce.

Chicken breast filled with cream cheese, bacon and ciboullete accompanied by mixed oven roasted Andean potatoes , baby green beans, caramelized onions, mushrooms and herb sauce.
Creamy Penne rigate accompanied by Sacred Valley organic rugula  tomato confit (oven-dried tomato in olive oil), mushrooms, prosciutto and herbs

Roasted  garlic eggplant lasagna  with fresh tomato sauce and a mix of mushrooms  au gratin and buffalo mozzarella.
